Guest guest
Hi JJ- The band didn't hinder the growth rate of my son's hair, I got his first hair cut right before getting it and had to cut it twice more over the 7 months he wore 2 bands. After all that time though, he did graduate with a funny form of " hat hair. " His hair is longish and curly and it's now flatter in the areas that were covered by the band (he had a DOCBand so the back right of his head is flatter where the cap covered it and where the front cap was, the curl isn't quite the same). I asked my hair stylist about it though and she said it will fix itself as it continues to grow out. I'm thinking of getting it cut really short though to see if it helps the process. Overall though, I'm not complaining! Jake-2 (DOCBand Grad 9/19/08) Jordan-4.5 > > Well, I think we are going to go ahead with the band.
