the diet is so worth it, i know its off topic, but it has helped me SO much...

at first i thought the same thing, that i couldn't eat ANYTHING( it was very depressing), but now i have found that i can eat a variety of things.....

breakfast.....cream of buckwheat, different cold cereals that are gluten free, fruit, gluten free pancakes, you can make muffins- i have a great banana muffin recipe....etc....

initally i lost about 20 punds, i've gained 10 back once my body detoxed from all the crap i used to eat :)....i've never felt better.....and getting an ELISA food allergy test is another great thing to help symtom relief and help the body heal...the sooner you cut out the foods that cause inflammation the sooner you will feel better.
