HI,

I was wondering if some other parents could share with me what they

found to be common side effects and what severe or worriesome side

effects they have witnessed with the helmet.

My 6 month old son Zachary has finially got his helmet fitted and is

ready to start wearing it for the longs periods of time and I'd like

to know what I should look out for besides just the red spots.

Thank you very much

I think you'll find that there isn't much to worry about with the use of the

helmet. I was

really stressed out about it and I realized the anticipation was MUCH worse than

the actual

process. Once my baby's head adjusted to the heat, we didn't have any issues

(other than

occasional red spots after adjustments which were an easy fix). Just make sure

to follow

the instructions about skin care and keep an eye on him. If you feel there is

an issue with

the fit, be sure to speak up about it. I think most would agree that after

going through

the experience, it is so much easier than you expect and the vast majority of us

are so

happy with the results. You are lucky to be starting him at a young age and

Zachary will

be done before you know it!
