Guest guest
I'm sorry to hear you don't have any definite answers yet, but I hope you hear from the ped soon. I personally think it's unacceptable that the ortho could not squeeze you in before tomorrow. I mean, this is a severe reaction, they should make it a priority! I know someone gave you the quoted information from the Hanger website about not using soap and water, but I thought you might want the link (if you don't have it) to show the ortho when you do go in: http://www.hanger.com/ThePatientExperience/Pediatrics/Pages/Plagiocep haly.aspx I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think it's completely out of the realm of possibility that it could take up to 2 weeks to have the reaction. I want to say that one of the other instances where a child had a reaction might have taken that long, but I can't say for sure (and I can't remember the severity). I wish someone would respond that has been through that. I added " allergic reaction? " to the subject line so maybe it will jump out at those moms that don't have time to read every post. Please keep us posted! Jake-2 (DOCBand Grad 9/19/08) Jordan-4.5 > > Well ladies. I'm still frustrated. I took Jayden to his normal ped > yesterday for the blisters/boils all over his head.
