Guest guest
Hi . is also ten months and we live in Lompoc. He just got his helmet yesterday. I am so not used to it but making the best out of it. I tried to take some pictures today to send to his grandparents in Florida. They (and we)still think he is pretty cute. > > Hi i was just wondering if anyone is from the central coast ca? my 10 mo old son has tort and plagio and is in his starband but i dont recall ever seeing another baby in a helmet just curious. i live in santa maria ca and would love 2 meet others walking the same path! >
Guest guest
I just took it off and dryed it with a towel. and if he keeps sweating i just left my son in his diaper or i held him under our ceiling fan so he could feel the air he loved it! soon after he stopped sweating. it doesnt help that its been so hot over here. feel free 2 email me directly if u need to. > Re: Central coast ca? > > I'm sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to recommend dressing > him very lightly, if you aren't already, just a onesie should be > enough in the house. Guest guest
hi jessica, I was wondering what you did for the sweating. sammy is sweating so badly and we are at the stage where I am supposed to keep it on for four hours then off for one but the directions also say I should be drying it...so not sure what to do. do i keep taking it off every hour for the twenty minutes it takes to dry it or what? I keep thinking I should have some sort of thin cotton or something but I don't want to wreck the shape. thanks, denise Central coast ca? Guest guest
Please everyone jump in! That's why we are here right? Plus I need all the help I can get. Sam is one of five kids so I need all the good advice I can find. I am so new to this it's only his second full day and the kid is sweating buckets. I took it off just to wipe it and him and then did change his onesie. The neck was getting wet and he was even getting red on his shoulders. After the hour break he was all cooled off but I put it back on at five. Also, this is his first night sleeping with it. Thank God it will only be a couple weeks because if we had ten months of sweat I'd feel so bad for him. Guest guest
I KNOW what you're going through. It does get easier...it took about 3 weeks to get past the hard part. Be strong!
