Red Spots - Keep helmet off or put back on

I am hoping for some advice. My daughter has been wearing the DOC Band

for 4 weeks now with great results. Unfortunately, I noticed 2

extremely red spots on her head last night. One is definitely in a

location that is a " hold " spot for her helmet. I took the helmet off

& the spots did not disappear. My question is this... I am going to

take her to Cranial Tech first thing is the morning...but do I put the

helmet back on her head today (Sunday). The spots look like they would

hurt, but I am afraid that I might lose progress if I keep the helmet

off the rest of today.

She slept fine in the helmet last night. She was a bit fussy just now

so I took it off, but she may just have been tired. Overall, she is a

very easy going baby that rarely fusses.

Any advice? I am guessing that her head has grown significantly since

her last appointment which is the reason for the spots.
