He is an information box - if you ask a question... you will get a very detailed answer. He is very prompt about returning phone calls as well. I know what you mean about Dr. Vicari - we cant Ethan for a progress appointment for a month and half. I really am so glad that they were able to help you. Please keep me posted on the progress.
