For those of you w/Kaiser, is Cranial Technologies considered a

preferred/participating provider? We submitted our claim ourselves, and

were told that CT was an out-of-network provider (which of course

increased our deductible and lowered our benefits). Just looking for

some insight from those of you wit the same insurance. We have the

Kaiser Flexible Choice plan - so we have HMO as well as PPO benefits.

Thanks!

H.

We have Kaiser but we're in CA. CT is out of network here - I had to go where they had a contract - which was a Hanger.

Jen and Luli - almost 3 years old

Left tort - Right Plagio - Hanger Band Grad - CA
