Guest guest Posted September 5, 2008 Report Share Posted September 5, 2008 We are graduating next week! My son has a DOC band from CT in Phoenix. His exit appointment is scheduled for next Friday. Are there any questions or things that we need to make sure to ask the Therapist before we leave the appointment? They have been great – and my son has done really well with the treatment. I just wanted to make sure that we get all the exit information that we need. Are there things people wish they would have found out and didn’t or things that are important to ask? I also don’t really know what to expect with the exit. I know they will take more pics (and email them to me) as well as let us take the original head mold home. They also said they will do another DSI scan to keep on file if we ever need it for anything. But – does he just go cold turkey without the band or do we gradually stop using it? Help – I just want to make sure I do all of the exit stuff right bc I would hate for all of our work so far to be for nothing if I mess things up.
