I received the naltraxone on Wednesday in the amount of 1.5 mg and started that night.. Since taking the drug i have been plagued by pain and swelling in my legs that have not happened in months. My hands are fine. (I have rhuematoid arthritis) I can barely walk and was walking 2 miles a day. I am thinking I am having an allergic reaction to this drug and today I took benedryl and hope that helps.

i am not planning to take the Naltrexone tonght as i am in such bad shape.

Has anyone had this reaction?

Hi Harvey,

Where are you getting your LDN and what filler is being used? I am sorry you are in pain, it is good that you started on the lower dosage. There have been a few people that have had a hard start. Most make it through and it gets much better, but a few have not been able to tolerate the LDN. I hope you will be able to tolerate it. Lets first see where you are getting it and what filler you are using to see if that might be the problem.

My best
