Spencer was in his DOC band for 12 weeks, he started wearing it around 5 1/2 months. I know there have been some kids that have been in a band as short as 6-8 weeks. The next time you are at your appointment, I would ask your clinician what the expected wear time is. They generally have a idea of how long your child will be in it. How old is your daughter? I do know that the younger they are, generally they don't have to wear it as long as old kids do.
