Guest guest
Hi all- I am Stacey and my son ael is 6 months old. In my last posting I mentioned that the Neurosurgeon mentioned that Nate has mild tort and plagio that it would round out. We met with CT in Pasadena Ca last Tuesday. It was a great visit and thanks to all the members of this group and their information, our visit was smooth. After the Neuro said Nate's ears were only off 1/2 inch, I expected him to be a boarder line case. I did not get all the measurements, but his CV is 19mm. That seems pretty severe. I thought she mentioned his ears and eyes at 6mm. I can't be sure about that. I will call back and get the detail, but for now I am just waiting until the end of next week to see if the insurance will give a coverage answer. We will go forward with the helmet but want to see if at least we can get an answer so we can repeal later. I posted Nate's pictures under ael H, well I did it wrong and it really says 7-26-08. I would like to see if there is a way to rename or delete the pictures so I can upload again. Anyway, I am excited to take this step and appreciate everyone responding to postings as it is very reassuring. Nate is a twin and his sister has a pretty bumpy head and a bit of a flat spot. She already sleeps on her side/stomach so not more to do for her. We may get her evaluated since CT is so generous to do this for no charge. Thanks Stacey Hoogeboom Pending DOCband for ael 6 mo Brea, CA
