Guest guest
My daughter has been GFCF for about 3 and a half weeks. Until this weekend we had seen no differences. She had good days and bad days as always but no consistant changes... Also her loose and frequent stools continued. This weekend she became so zoned out. Staring at her hands and flapping them. Bringing everything right to her eyes to look at it. Toe walking. We couldn't engage her for anything. No behavior problems. She was just in a very strange place. Today when I tried to bring her in from outside she threw a fit like I've never seen. Throwing herself on the ground and into things, banging her head, rolling for 30 minutes screaming from one side of the room to the other. I understand that results of the diet cannot be seen for about one month. Is there such thing as a delayed withdrawal?? Why is there a good day and then bad day?? I don't understand this. And, by this point shouldn't there be an improvement in her stools??
