......my recommendation to everyone has been to

use an inexpensive bean bag....it is light

weight...can be moved between couch and bed...and

molds to your body (Deanna did successfully !!)

Also...put a sheet that has been folded vertically to

form a thick 3-4 inch strip between your mattress and

box spring so that it hangs out about arm position.

You can use it to leverage yourself to sit up !!

Works Great !....move a piece furniture near side of

you r bed that is at a height that is sturdy, that you

can use to lean on when getting up ...Best wishes...JJ
