Guest guest
I know GFCFdiet.com has a Getting Started packet that (among a lot of things) has 3 weeks worth of getting started menus (made up mostly of easy to get foods.) A dietician went over them to make sure they were nutritionally correct. Just like Feingold there is a cost for the packet that goes towards fundraising for the website, but the packet is wonderful. It even has an audio cassette with , Karyn and Jane Barese doing an excellent job explaining the GFCF diet. It is very similar to the Feingold packet, but I think it has a lot more information. Cara > I just joined the Feingold program to help identify and eliminate > chemicals and additives. As part of the sign up, I received a 2 week > meal planner as a guide and a shopping list to go with this.
