Or heard that it can assist in weight loss (yeah I know we've heard every drug in the book can do that). I just heard from a friend recently it helped her a lot that way, and though I might try it before surgery. I have the dythymia thing and have a feeling I am going to be lost without being able to munch. Hard to admit, but true. Anyone else ever feel this way?
