Guest guest
There seems to be a lot of people trying to determine if their child has a problem with gluten and/or casein. Because of the difficulty of the gfcf diet,(cooking, label reading, etc.), it seems that a " camp " where a parent and child could go to stay for a week and be sure that no mistakes were made with regard to diet would be a wonderful way to figure out if your child needs to have a restricted diet. It would also be a great way to meet people first hand who could give instruction. Has anyone heard of such a place?
