red mark on forehead after graduation???

My 16-month old twins graduated their 2nd DOC band last week and one

still gets a red mark in the same area he did (periodically). It's

sporadic (as it was when he was in the band). The clinician has no

explanation. Anyone else encountered this and should I be concerned?
