Could the band be making the shape worse?

This may sound crazy, so feel free to tell me if it is, but I think

the band is making my daughter's head worse. She's in a DocBand for

right plagio with forehead bossing on the right side. As hard as I

try, it seems I can't get the band on straight - the center point

comes to the inside corner of her right eye (instead of the center of

her forehead). I feel like the left " sideburn " is resting on the top

of her cheekbone and when she sleeps on the left side, it seems to

push her face further to the right. It's been a month and I've not

seen any improvement in the forehead area at all.

Is this normal? Is it possible for the Band to make it worse?
