Dear migrant health research colleagues,

Do you -- or your faculty, students or community colleagues -- have products

from community-based participatory research, service-learning or other

community-engaged projects focused on immigrant and refugee health that are in

forms other than journal articles?

CES4Health.info is an online mechanism for peer-reviewing, publishing and

disseminating diverse products of community-engaged scholarship (CES). The

results of CES are often disseminated through diverse products that are

accessible and useful to community members and policy makers, such as

photovoice exhibits, policy briefs, educational videos and podcasts. CES also

often leads to the development of tools that can assist others in implementing

or adapting the project in their communities, such as assessment instruments,

instructional manuals and patient education materials. CES4Health.info has

published 24 such products since it's launch a year ago!

CES4Health.info is publishing a set of diverse products of community-engaged

scholarship in immigrant and refugee health in Spring 2011. Submissions are

due December 1, 2010 and involve completing an online application and uploading

the product or providing a link to it. Products in English from anywhere in the

world will be considered.

Please review the " call for products " posted at

http://www.CES4Health.info for complete details, including contact

information should you have any questions.

Please also note that products are considered at any time - the deadline

pertains to this particular themed set of products.

Thanks!

Sarena
