I'm new to ldn and was advised to wait 14 days before starting.

I suffer from rhemitoid arthritis and was on hydrocodone for 6 days and

am off 48 hrs. with no withdrawl symtoms.

I'm anxious to start ldn due to pain but do not want to make things

worse.

Anymore advise would be welcome.

Jim, the best advice I can give you is go to the LDN website

www.ldninfo.org and click on Contact Us and there's and email address

listed, click it and tell the Gluck's your situation. I would not

want you to start on LDN and it cause you more pain due to the

hydrocodone you've been on.

Jim,

I hope you have great success when you start LDN. I am excited

for you. Let us know how it goes. Mean time here is a site that may

have somethins to consider, check-out the Diet for RA. Best wishes,
