Guest guest Posted August 21, 2001 Report Share Posted August 21, 2001 We have been gluten free for just over a week now & are hoping to go casein free in the next week or so. I am having a terrible time getting my kids to eat red meat & veggies. The girls are 2.5 yrs old. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can " spice up " meat & veggies so they will eat them? I am concerned that they are not gettin genough iron. We are taking flintsoness chewables. I just thought of something........are those vitamins GFCF? I see why it is recommended to stay on the diet for 3 months b4 giving up. It seems like it's going to take that long for me to get used to things & realize what all we put on & in our bodies that contain gluten.
