I didn't check back to see if this was the case with your messages,

but new members have their posts moderated. This means that they don't

post until one of the moderators approves them. This is to prevent a

lot of spamming (junk email). Also every once in a while we get a

plagio parent who is a bit " eccentric " and we need to make sure the

posts aren't too extreme or insulting (this happens rarely). After a

few " normal " posts we change the member to non-moderated, and messages

show up quickly.
