I tried those, too.. but chewed them to major mush (a taste of what

the RnY folk live with??).

Taco bell went down ok for me.. but if you go for the 7 layer..

prepare to really get 2 meals out of it. At 6 weeks I could barely

eat a soft taco..

ohh... I'm always craving chicken livers.. yumm...have some for me..no

one here makes them anymore.. =(

I think roasted/toasted almonds might be easier on the stomach...I think I

read/heard somewhere that raw is harder to deal with.

Also, it sounds like most of what you're craving is protein-based, and since

I firmly believe that the body craves what it needs, I'd say go for it! :)
