I think roasted/toasted almonds might be easier on the stomach...I think I read/heard somewhere that raw is harder to deal with. Also, it sounds like most of what you're craving is protein-based, and since I firmly believe that the body craves what it needs, I'd say go for it! alyssa, whose itch to be switched is itching...
