Rae,

Dr. Secrist did my anesthetic for my shoulder surgery last month, and his

partner has done back blocks on me. You will like him, very nice, and explains

everything.

It always seem I am putting out the fire that is out of control at the time.

I am in Hamilton, just south of Missoula, I have been having problems for 18

years, but am that much older than you. You are the age of my oldest son.,

than we have twins two year younger.

Have you tried Remicade? I finally had my iv again after 14 weeks off cause of

surgery, and have started back exercising my legs, walking and weights, I hurt

but push thru cause the exercise is so important. Sometimes my back, knee,

wrist, finger, what ever joint decides to act up that day throb so bad, I take a

Hydrocodone and go on, then there are so many nights I sit in the tub, either

with the joints or psoriasis, after the year and half on Zithromaxon

antibiotics, and changing to Remicade my skin on legs have cleared. The

infectious disease doctor in Texas helped me get a handle on that.I wish there

was some magic cure, but exercise and keeping a good attitude helps the most.:)

It is tough cause we don't look sick-the cortizonne, was my downfall, I gained

weight and developed a buffalo hump. The hump is suppose to go down, but it has

very little.

I have an internist Dr. Szlekley in Missoula, and than I have my oncologist,

hematologist, and my infectious disease doctor. They run all records thru

internist so I have one quarter back.

Good luck in Missoula this month. My next excursion is to the sleep center,

when I had shoulder surgery they discovered I have sleep apnea, but I am still

sleeping in a recliner, so I have to wait for that ordeal-always something.

Ann.
