I have read several postings that said the bands are usually loose in the beginning. Ours seems pretty tight on her head. When we take it off she has red lines on her fat cheeks. They go away but it seems like it would be uncomfortable. Today was our first day of all day wear and when we took it off she has a red knot above her ear about the size of a dime. It has been three hours and it still looks the same. She is supposed to sleep in it tonight but I'm not going to put it back on till that swelling goes away.
