Guest guest
Malcolm has been in his helmet since February and his head looks great. I don't know his measurements off hand (bad Mum!), but I can see a lot of improvement. Dare I hope that at his next appointment his doc will let us be done with it? Is 5 months too short a time for a child to have permanent correction? He's almost 15 months old and is getting tired of wearing it and tries to take it off now. Guest guest
The time to stop wearing the helmet is when you are happy with the results that you see. While a lot of people do go by the numbers they can sometimes be subjective and not show the whole picture. My son wore his band for 4.5 months until he outgrew it. We could have pursued a second band but were happy with how everything looked so we stopped.
