The waking up early is a clue. I did this for about a month. The only other difference was slight bladder improvements. Some days my energy is good, others not so good. You may see miraculous results, or you may not, but that doesn't mean it's not working. There is no definitive time frame to know anything for sure. Every one reacts differently a bit. Just hang in there. Hopefully you will see symptom relief, we all hope for that. Most of how we hope for lack of progression and symptom relief is like icing on the cake if you get that too.

,

It is different for everyone, but for me, the first sign came at day 6

(on 4.5 mg)with a reduction it fatigue. However, it went back and forth

for a while after that.

LDN helps our body heal itself. We do not all 'heal' at the same

speed...and we do not all have the same amount of healing to do.

Also, be sure to give your body all that you can to support that

healing ... a good diet, suppliments, plenty of rest, and reduce stress

where possible.

Hi ,

From the waking and not being able to go back to sleep it sounds as

though the naltrexone is having the desired effect on your endorphins

but apart from that, which should quickly abate, you may not notice

anything as the primary aim of LDN is to slow or stop disease

progression. Any actual improvements are a bonus that not everybody gets.

I have! It was terrible and getting worse, when I started LDn. Now, it's been gone for months.

Hi,

The same thing happened this morning..up after very few hrs sleep and very tired today again. I am only on 3mg not the 4.5 that most people take. I wanted to start slowly since I have chemical sensitivities.

I hope I can get some sleep soon. Other than that, I haven't noticed any health improvements yet.

Best,

Nola..that's incredible..do you think it was directly due to the LDN? My tinnitus started only a few months ago...I have many guesses but no direct link to any particular reason for it starting. I am praying that the LDN will help.

Do you have any idea what caused yours?

Best,
