I am not fluent in french but took it throughout high school so was able to decipher words here and there. Like you, we also went to OPA in the woodlands where Bob Cook and his staff were so helpful and made us feel at ease. It's so important that the information gets out in every way possible, so thank you for taking the time to put your story together.
