I am sorry you are having trouble with this band. I have honestly

never heard of a part of a band breaking off. I have been on this

board for over 4 years, so that's a new one on me.

Are you sure you are ok with letting her wear the broken band for the

time it takes them to make a new one? And I wonder if you are

considering switching band providers because of what happened with

this band?
