Guest guest
I am sorry you are having trouble with this band. I have honestly never heard of a part of a band breaking off. I have been on this board for over 4 years, so that's a new one on me. Are you sure you are ok with letting her wear the broken band for the time it takes them to make a new one? And I wonder if you are considering switching band providers because of what happened with this band? Again, I am so sorry you are having this trouble. Please let us know how things work out.
