My 5 1/2 month old daughter has been wearing hers full time for 2 weeks. She has not had any issues!! She slept through the night the very first night. She has a few red spots, but they are pretty much all gone now. She gets adjusted every week, so that is good. The only thing I would say is to watch your son's temperature. My daughter gets warm very easily now. I sleep her in just a onesie and we keep the A/C on in the car and the house. She just seems to not cool off quite as easily.
