A large barette clipped over the velcro will keep him from being able

to undo it. Not sure how you feel about a barette on a boy, but if you

just get one of those large metal ones that come in brown or black, it

shouldn't be too bad. I have heard of people taping it closed too, but

I kind of think that would be too much of a pain when it comes time to

take it off. But maybe you can just wrap some masking tape around the

very edge of the two pieces and that could work.

Good luck!

Just put some clear packaging tape over the end of the velcro. He

will fiddle with it for a while wondering " what happened here " and

then forget about it. This tip came from a Mom on the DOC web site

and it has worked like a charm for my grandson. NOW, that he is used

to the helmet he tries to put it back on himself!!!

Good Luck,

Hi Heidrun,

I'm glad to hear that Aiden is still doing well. I can't wait to see

his final results.
