My daught has the same problem.The best way is to take off the helmet

and wash her head with shampoo immediately.Or keep her in an air

conditioner room.It's the sweat that makes her itchi.If there is less

sweat, then less itching.

Tea tree oil is the best, my son doesnt itch nearly as much as he use to. you can but at natural/alternative stores or I sometimes just use s Tea Tree shampoo, just a tad bit, once or twice a week. It has helped tremendously!
