I think it's possible that plagio could aid in ear infections, but I don't think it's a definite and can be based on other factors as well. My sister is 28 and still has ear infections and problems with her hearing after 2 sets of tubes and huge ear infections as a child, while I never had an ear infection in my life. So my guess is that some kids might just be prone to them more than others.
