Guest guest
We had Field Day at my kids' school today and I was trying to encourage my son (who wears a band) to enter one of the moon bounces they had set up. He was the only child standing outside the moon bounce at the time, when a father and his little girl came over to get ready to enter it too. The father sees Jake in his band standing at the entrance and comes to this obvious conclusion: " Do they all have to wear little helmets to enter the moon bounce? " It was such an off-the-wall/unexpected question (to me anyway) that I stuttered as I responded, " no, this is just his helmet that he has to wear all the time. " But how funny! I bet of all the circumstances you all have been in and comments people have made, this has to be at the top of the list as one of the most unique! And honestly, I think everyone wearing helmets inside a moon bounce would be more dangerous than safe! Just thought I'd share, hopefully it will make someone smile today.
