Have you tried swaddling her in a real light blanket with nothing but a

diaper on? Also, we didn't have swaddling issues but we did put a fan in my

son's room to keep him cooler. I actually found a small one that I was able

to hook on to the rail of the crib (he wasn't mobile so there was no chance

of him reaching the fan) and directed right at him. Hope this helps!

okay day three of no sleep(for either of us)............

still the darn swaddling issue.I know you have all given me great

advice this is more a vent........its a catch 22......i know i have to

keep the helmet on and i know that she cant get overheated therfore i

cannot swaddle her....and she will not sleep without and i have tried

everything... seriously everything...i tried all your advice and then

searched for swaddling boards on how to stop......... im starting to

get scared mabey something more serious might be wrong here....her

startle reflex in her sleep, is still so strong..........and her hands

and feet are constantly moving...her doc says nothing to worry about

but also said her head was perfectly fine at 4 month visit....and here

we are 4 months later....okay time for a new doc. huh???
