Guest guest
Hi Ronda- We did not have any problems. I have the Standard Option, so I did have out of network coverage (75% after the deductible), the only issue I had was that I had to pay in full up front for the band, then file my own claim (rather than Cranial Tech doing it for me). CT did give me the exact information I needed to file the claim though, so it was really simple. Oh, and I needed a letter of medical necessity, which I had, so I sent that all in right away, and they sent us a reimbursement check relatively quickly, like only 2 or 3 weeks. What state are you in and which option do you have? That might make a difference. How long have they had your claim?
