I've left my son's helmet in the car when he's really sweaty (like

when I pick him up from school) and put it on when we get home. You

can break up the hour any way that works for you. If it works to

leave it off in the car a little bit, then just shorten the time

after her bath at night. But be sure hwer hair is completely dry

before you put it back on him.

Glad she's doing so well!
