Guest guest
Awe...we're right behind you. Noah was assessed and scanned this week. He'll have his helmet in two weeks. Most of the time I'm ok with everything...even kind of excited to decorate it...but at the end of the day when I slow down a bit, I get a little anxious as I'm laying in bed. I think about his soft, peach fuzzy head and how sweet it smells after his tub. I also wonder about nursing and holding him close to me. I think I am building up that 1/4 inch of plastic as a barrier between us. It's silly when I think about it logically. But, I totally know where you are coming from when you talk about YOU having trouble adjusting to it. I think I'll probably go through the same thing. I guess I'll just treasure that one hour off each day. And probably be here on the message board for support and encouragement. I know I'll be so happy when we're done. And, I'm incredibly grateful that this is a treatable condition and caught early. Hang in there mama. You're not alone. We're all here with you and for you.
