I started at 6mg and stayed there for 10 rounds. At

round 6 I tried 8mg and felt it was too much. While

chelating at 6mg I very few symptoms and they were

very mild. When they went away I bumped up to 8mg for

rounds 11 and 12, which have gone pretty well.

Some people on this board have taken really high doses

and been unable to chelate thereafter. My impression

is that it is really important to start at very low

doses (as low as necessary to avoid most or all side

effects) and then go very carefully from there. I

think there is a lot to be said for " Frequent LOW DOSE

Chelation " .

If you haven't checked IgG food allergies, that would

be a good idea. That was a big factor in chelation

tolerance for myself and some others.
