Exercise mobilizing mercury

Hello everyone,

My name is Cindy and I am new to the group. I have a question about

exercise. I see in Andy's book on page 86 that it states that

" exercise mobilizes mercury and needs to be done in moderation.....

moderation is doing exercise in small enough bits that you don't get

this crash after it...hours of sitting and doing nothing...inability

to think...woozy .. Is a mile or two walk and 1-2 sets of nautilus

three-four times a week too much? I can feel pretty tired by early

afternoon, but i figured this was just part of my new reality.

I was diagnosed with MS in January. It has taken me months to work up

to this routine. I am concerned that if I do not use these muscles I

may lose strength again. However, now that I read this in the book I

wonder if I may be mobilizing the mercury. I am three weeks post

amalgam removal. I do notice that the MS symptoms worsen at times

after the two miles(1 on track, 1 on treadmill)plus two sets of

nautilus. I have cut back to one mile and one or two sets.

I am in the process of getting the urine porphyrins, hair test and

needed supplements so I can start chelation. I am now seeing how

similar MS and mercury poisoning can be. Thank you for any insight.
