Welcome Cindy!

I have a question about

It depends totally on the person. Some can't exercise at all while

others feel better with some exercise. The key is moderation and

listening to your body signals.

After amalgam removal there typically is a short feel better period,

and then at about the 3 month point the body starts to dump mercury

from the organs and the person feels worse. It is good to get in a

regular chelation routine before this starts happening as the

chelation will take some of the mercury out and lessen the misery.

Sounds reasonable.

Walking can be done in short bits several times per day every day (it

doesn't have to all be done at once at a gym).

With the nautilus equipment, listen to your body.

In his " Hair Test Interpretation " book Andy mentions indicators for

which people feel better with exercise (I forget what it is right now,

you can ask when you post your test results).

See the file in the files section for posting hair test results when

you get it back.

I am now seeing how
