My thyroid results - Normal or Not?

The doctor said my thyroid is completely ok.

What do you think?

T3: 4.20 | Range: 2.30-4.20

T4: 1.91 | Range:0.98-1.76

TSH:4.909| Range: 0.35-5.5

Seems to be quite ok maybe a bit too high? Is there any possibility of

having thyroid malfunction despite normal test results?
