> ----What do you think helped the most with the bodyaches?

my gut tells me it was a number of things..taking HC at night I know

realy cut down on the flue like ache/feeling i would get in the

middle of the night (10 mgs at night). I think a lot of my aches were

liver related referred pain and therefore chelation and milk thistle

and all things good for the liver....Keep in mind i have also been on

a mostly organic food diet...In my cased i think the

liver /gallbladdsr packs would help calm me down..in fact i would

often dose off to sleep during them, kept a hot water bottle on it

and would feel a little better after. It would also seem to loosen up

intestines/bowels and assist with Bowel movements

Yes, Val, his protocol included no salt which crashed my adrenals,

cilantro which totally fried my brain; lots of anti fungals and

probiotics which I think was too much and resulted in huge die off;

i was on mostly eggs (sulphur cretaed my bad mcs problems); he had me

juicing for veggies which i have read on here that some others also

have problems with juicing as its too intense of a concentration

plus we need the fiber to digest things,,the cilantro high sulphur

diet and large amounts of anti fungals were a " killer combination "

given that I was alreadt mercury toxic and had 8 amalgams in my mouth

ANFD IT WAS ALL BASED UPON HIS DOPEY BIOENERGETIC MACHINERY

These are basically wraps of flannel about 3 feet by 4 i guess that

you soak in organic castor oil (need a glass cooking dish). I heat

mine in the microwave which is probably not the best and then put a

few old sheets on the bed and lay down and place the flannel pack

whichj has been soaked in castor oil on my upper right side (I have

found putting it below the liver/gallbladder about 2-3 inches helps

me more) and then i have a sheet about 3- 3.5 feet long of saran wrap

that i wrap around my stomach. I then pout an old towel on the

stomach and have a hot water bottle that i apply as the castor oil

pack cools. I do it for about 60-90 mins 2-3 times week. When i am

finished i shower, do my lymph brushing (after showering) and

return the castor oil pack in the glass tray to the fridge

> ----How do you test for viruses?

------------------------------------

I will have to find my virus tests which were done 4-5 years ago and

find with whom. It was doctor ordered. I am not sure it was that

worthwhile as many of us have it (viruses as they go along with

mercury toxicity). I think it was fairly expensive

and in the hands of dpey drs they will want to prescribe some crap

like acyclovir and keep you coming back to be retested for another

$400.

> mind me asking?

--------------------------------------------------------------------

I had my dopey nutritionist (the man who sold me $15,000 worth of

useless garlic (hello sulphur) help me . It was with Biohealth

Diagnostics Labs in santa . BUT I would not receommend as i

belive Dean SA and Kai recommend I believe its the Canary Club or

something like that
