Look at the bottle and see how much silymarin is in the caps. For

example, mine says the caps are 80% silymarin. Then calculate the

amount of silymarin, not the total weight of the cap.

A little extra shouldn't hurt.

If your stomach pain is ok at the moment, continue with the round that

you have planned.

Then, stop the supplements and reintroduce one at a time, noting any

difference when adding any. Start with the basics - vit C, vit E, Mg,

Zn.

Some people are sensitive to some supplements. Sometimes people are

sensitive to the additives.
