Guest guest
Hi all, I see frequent references to animal-based enzymes, but I am having difficulty determining which enzymes are actually derived from animals. I have looked up enzymes with trypsin and/or chymotrypsin but I am clueless about which ones would be good. I would appreciate input on this Thanks!
