It's all a mystery to me too! I wasn't even sure I had a candida

problem, but after talking to Dr. Teitlebaum (From Fatigue to

Fantastic) he thought it imperative for anyone with CFS. His

treatment protocol says 6-12 wks & more thereafter if required. I'm

on 200mg. My reaction is gurgling, gassy ( & painful) stomach. My

initial issues were constant sinusitus & of course fatigue, nausea

etc. I actually thought that all my irritating symptoms were

allergies (like runny nose, itchy skin, scalp) but am finding out

that it is possibly yeast, soooo hence the experiment. And yes, I'm

also taking milk thistle. I'm not sure how to tell if my liver is

distressed but have always felt discomfort under my right ribcage.

Would love to get more informed about all of this. Thanks....
