This is my second test below - What I see is an increase in toxic

load, antimony moved into the yellow - arsenic is still there - lead

and aluminum are higher but still in the green. There was some other

shifting of toxic elements, primarily increases.

I have been working on adrenal issue and that, though still bad, is

slightly improved. The potassium is still way elevated red off the end.

I also realize I don't meet the counting rules.

I would appreciate any feedback. We have had recent paving of roads

in the area with asphalt. Thanks.

Anyone with any ideas? I saw my PCP yesterday and got her to order

Free T3 and Free T4 and they are in the normal range.

I do have amalgams so I do realize that mercury can be hiding in the

background. I also know not to chelate with them in. Getting them out

would not be an easy task. I have a spouse that opposed even doing

the hair test.

What I am concerned about is this increase in antimony into the yellow

range. Does this mean that metals are coming out? or does it mean a

new exposure? or could it be either of these?

I do have the Hair Interpretation book and have tried to read relevant

parts of it. I know I don't meet the counting rules.

Thanks in advance

--------These should be in the upper 1/3 to 1/4 of the range for you

to feel best. Maybe you want to post the actual results. If you

suspect thyroid problems, there are other things to check, like for

thyroid antibodies. You can also try tracking your temperature

everyday. Dean has alot of good info at his livingnetwork website,

should be in the Links section.---------Jackie

--------It could mean either of these. Are you taking lots of

supplements, specificaly methylating agents, like B vitamins, etc.?

In HTI, Andy says methylating agents will help your body get rid of

some arsenic and antimony. Read those sections.-----Jackie
