Guest guest
Yes, Dr Peatfield is a well known Adrenal/thyroid specialist. He travels a lot in the UK and has practices up and down the country. Because he travels quite a bit, and is in big demand you may have to wait for the appointment. 2-3 months is normal. He has written some books and comes very well recommended. I think those yahoo natural thyroid groups are based on his work. I have seen him and he is excellent. He actually listens to what your problems are, rather than relying on lab tests. He is very much a symptoms first, lab test later man. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_/203-3472083-7851918? url=search-alias%3Daps & field-keywords=peatfield http://thyroid-disease.org.uk/index.php? option=com_content & task=view & id=63 & Itemid=85 £140 for the first appointment. He told me he see 95pct of his patients once only, then all else is done via email. That is what has happened with me so far. Money very well spent IMHO. I'm reading his book at the moment too and it's better than " Adrenal Fatgue 21st century stress syndrome " by J. .
