Sorry, I'm not sure about anti-anxiety agents for anger. But I did find that I

had to back off

(lower intake) of B-12. Andy mentions in one of his books that high levels of

B-12 can

cause anger, and lowering B-12 really did the trick for me. Of course,

everyone is different,

but it's definitely worth taking a look at your intake.
